I was a fan of Zuma before, this time they provide buffet bar menu. We went as a pair me and my mom, expected the experience of food would be amazing but Sunday brunch wasn’t worth the money at all(like at all) in total price of almost 200$ (almost 7k thb) I can go to other places which is more worth it and more enjoyable in 3 times less of price. Food quality was so generic i can find at other sushi restaurants in the mall and they still taste better. It such a disappointment this time. (I always eat at Zuma Hong Kong and it’s amazing) not sure if it’s a branch problem or not but here in BKK doesn’t worth it. Will never come back for Sunday brunch. Service and atmosphere otherwise is great. The waiter and waitress are smiling and helpful. Sadly that doesn’t give me and mom impression of amazing experience. Please change the buffet to the old brunch menu set please.

It was my first time at Zuma, and while the venue looks absolutely stunning with its chill atmosphere, live DJ, and incredibly attentive staff, the food experience took a disastrous turn. Most of the dishes were quite good, but the beef skewers came with a shocking, unmentioned trap. Hidden between the pieces of meat were peppers so violently spicy they felt like pure fire—with absolutely zero warning from the staff or the menu. I genuinely love and can handle spicy food, but this was on an agonizing level that completely hijacked our tastebuds and ruined the rest of the evening for both my partner and me. To add insult to injury, the final bill was outrageously overpriced. Between the mouth-scorching surprise and the astronomical costs, it ended up feeling like a massively overpriced tourist trap rather than a premium dining experience

From the beginning it was all fine and it actually ended not bad. I would like to mention that they actually forgot about the dessert platter that I ordered when I booked a table but the manager solved the problem very quickly and the platter was brought to me in 5 minutes. The atmosphere is awesome and music is euphonic.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not quite meet our expectations. The atmosphere felt rather ordinary. Based on the interior and overall appearance, the venue seemed more like a restaurant that serves standard hotel breakfasts and room service rather than a special dining destination. There was nothing particularly unique or memorable about the décor. The service was friendly, and we have no complaints about the staff. However, the attention was a bit too frequent, making it difficult to enjoy a private and intimate conversation, as we were regularly interrupted with questions about whether everything was satisfactory. As for the food, we have absolutely no complaints. Every dish was beautifully prepared and executed with great skill. Our lower rating is based mainly on the restaurant’s ambiance and overall atmosphere. Considering the price of the dinner, we were hoping for a more memorable and special experience than the one we had. For this reason, I am giving it 3 stars.
