I had a wonderful dining experience today at the Siam Paragon branch. I tried one of their new menu items, and I absolutely loved it! The Rigatoni Gratinati was especially delicious rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and did a great job recommending dishes. Their excellent service made the whole experience even more enjoyable. This is definitely a restaurant I would recommend to anyone, and I’ll certainly be coming back again!
Had a really great experience here. The manager was incredibly welcoming and made the whole dinner feel very personal from the moment we arrived. The Tiramisu was honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had in Bangkok — perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The Capricciosa pizza had amazing texture dough and quality ingredients, and the seabass was cooked perfectly. Service was attentive, the atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the experience. Definitely a place I’ll come back to.
One of the authentic and decent Itaian restaurants in Bangkok. Actually expecting more but it turns out just ok level for this time dining experience. The vibes, music in the background, and decoration are great. Giving you a cozy feeling. Service is ok. Beef lasagna tastes good with perfect portion. But it is a bit too dry. It would have been better with more moist. Chicken Milanese is yummy. It is nicely cooked with crispy outside while still tender inside. Tomato based dipping sauce is the kick of the dish and need more of it. Bufalina pizza is nice. Very rich flavour and savoury taste of intensed tamato. Crust is good as a bit of airy, crunchy on the outter while soft in the middle. Free bread as a starter is a bit let down. It is too hard and cold serving as if the bread is sitting around for ages. They do have special indicated sticker in the manu informing halal. Good intention to help out those muslim/arabic customers whether it is used correctly or not.
We genuinely love Mozza by Cocotte — it’s Italian comfort food for us. We had a great experience at the EmQuartier branch before, so we were happy to try the Siam Paragon location as well. On our first visit here, the restaurant had a nice decoration and pleasant atmosphere. It wasn’t busy at lunchtime. We ordered the seabass filet and spaghetti vongole, and both dishes were delicious. Service was extremely attentive and friendly, which made the experience very satisfying. However, our second visit was unfortunately disappointing. We ordered the salmon filet and lamb ragu pasta, and once again, the food itself was very good. Table service during the meal was fine. But when it came time to check the bill, the experience changed. A foreign lady (we assume she might be the manager) was cold, unfriendly, avoided eye contact, and felt quite dismissive. Because of that interaction, we’re unsure if we would return — even though the food is good. Paying a 10% service charge should come with warm, professional hospitality, and sadly that part was missing this time.
Steak was well executed. Love the mash potato! Pasta - so so for me tho the portions were generous. Tiramisu - fluffy & not too sweet. The crumble completed the dish. Service was fine. What needs to be improved is the complimentary bread - cold with a very hard crust…..
