An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Every course was beautifully presented and full of delightful surprises, with each dish showcasing creativity and outstanding flavours. The desserts were just as impressive and provided the perfect ending to the meal. The restaurant itself is stunning! A truly memorable fine dining experience—I can’t wait to come back.
Founded by chef-duo Pongcharn “Top” Russell and Michelle Goh, Mia is a one-Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant  in Bangkok. Set in a contemporary two-storey house, it serves modern European cuisine with Asian influences, with three distinct upstairs dining rooms and a chic ground-floor bar.  Its seasonal tasting menu fuses European flavours with the finest Thai and Asian ingredients.
We had dinner here in April this year and it was an overall lovely experience. The location is pretty interesting - it's a relatively nondescript house in the quiet alleys of Khlong Toei, and the surroundings were pretty dark at night time. We needed confirmation from little sign on the door spelling out "Mia" to ensure we were at the right place. The staff, their attentiveness and care were absolutely top notch. My wife opted for the vegan menu, which turned out to be one of the of most impressive aspects of entire experience - it is extremely well thought out, and not just a subtractive afterthought arising from the primary menu. The other really impressive thing was the meticulous plating, which was probably the best I've ever seen - I'd argue it was better than Sühring. My favorites from the entire meal were Hokkaido scallops, prawn yum with gazpacho and the guava sorbet. A slight miss was the warm tallow brandy, which was an acquired taste. Bonus - the "concealed" washroom was a funny, over the top switch-up contrasting with the elegant, quiet vibe of the place in general.
Love the experience here from the food, presentation, staff, atmosphere. I really like the story behind all the dishes. The highlight was the bread OMG! One of the fine dining restaurant that you can come back multiple times. ❤️
Had such a lovely dinner at Mia Bangkok 🤍 You can really feel the love and passion from Chef Top and Michelle in every dish. My favorite was definitely the chawanmushi — every bite tasted a little different and so delicious ! The chicken main was also incredible… crispy skin, super tender meat, literally perfect 🍗 And ending with the cereal bowl dessert brought back so many childhood memories 🥣💫 Such a fun and thoughtful experience overall
