Lovely lunch with the family at Madame Musur. A nice relief to get out of the hot sun and step inside the shade of this amazing restaurant. Lots of gorgeous seating areas that could be a dining room or lounge in someone's house. So many artworks and ornaments, so many things to look at. Loved seeing the friendly house cats 🐈 too. Ok service. Food came out fast and was very nice. Recommend 👍🇹🇭❤️
We had such a great lunch at Madame Musur after exploring Khao San Road, it’s super close, which was perfect. The place has a really cozy vibe, with outdoor tables that are great for people watching and a cute indoor space with nice decor. The mango smoothie was amazing, and the food was exactly what we were craving, spicy and full of flavor. We loved the coconut soup, the grapefruit salad with shrimp, and the Pad Thai, everything was so tasty. The service was also really friendly and attentive. I’d definitely come back here if I were staying in Bangkok longer.
I ordered the Gang Ped Gai and it was absolutely delicious. The red curry was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced between creamy coconut milk and just the right level of spice. The chicken was tender and well cooked, soaking up all the flavors of the curry, and the portion size was very satisfying. You can really tell when a Thai curry is made properly, and this one hits all the right notes: deep flavor, fragrant herbs, and a comforting heat that doesn’t overpower the dish. It paired perfectly with rice and felt authentic, not watered down. On top of the food, the place itself is very nice and cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the visit. Service was fast and professional. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. If you enjoy Thai food, especially a good red curry, this dish is definitely worth trying. I would gladly come back again.
We visited for dinner around 9 pm and got a table right next to a fan, which was perfect because it was a very warm evening. We ordered the Massaman curry (180 THB) and the prawns with pepper and garlic (240 THB) – both dishes were very tasty and well prepared. A large Leo beer for 170 THB was great to cool down. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Overall, a really good experience and definitely a place we would come back to.
We walked by and decided to stop for a drink, and the atmosphere was so lovely that we ended up ordering food — and it was absolutely the right choice. Everything we tried was delicious, but the real highlight was the sticky rice… wow! Truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this place, and when I come back, I’ll definitely return to Madame Musur.
