Start your day with meeting points where you choose and head to Bukchon Hanok Village. See traditional Korean-style buildings which have been transformed into café and various cultural centers. Take out your camera and capture beautiful photos of these unique buildings. Receive an introduction to the rest of the day's itinerary from your guide. Next, make your way to the Jongmyo Royal Shrine, constructed nearly 600 years ago. This shrine served as a religious memorial for the royal family and kings used to visit the place to pay their respect to ancient royal families. Marked as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this site occasionally demonstrates ancient customs such as memorial services and traditional music performances. Visit the nearby Changdeokgung Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which served as a royal residence in centuries past. Admire the traditional Korean architecture and vibrant gardens surrounding the palace. Lastly, visit Cheongha Korea Ginseng. Ginseng is first mentioned in “Ji Jiu Zhang” during Han dynasty of China as herb used widely in the orient for so many diseases and ailments. It is a plant which had been regarded as a panacea, a cure all. In the studies, Korean ginseng shows best performances in adaptogenic properties.
