The cruise itinerary may be altered due to traffic and weather conditions on the day of the activity. For any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the start of the activity, you will receive a complete refund. After confirmation is issued, if you wish to reschedule, a change fee of THB 250 per person will apply. Cruising Time : 08.00 P.M. -10.15 P.M. Cruise Check-in : Please check-in 30 mins before the boarding time at The Opulence Cruise counter in G floor of ICONSIAM (Pier 2). Cruise counter opens for check-in at time: 06.00-07.00 P.M. Your will receive an OTO confirmaton voucher to redeem the cruise ticket and sticker in a separate email. Please show the given voucher for check-in.
