Visit a morning market and a fruit plantation, where traditional Thai fruits are grown such as mangoes, durians, mangosteens, and jackfruits. Learn how to cook traditional Thai foods like a Thai with 5 special menus. Prepare chicken with red curry (Pha-Nang), Tom yum Kung (Prawn soup), Pad Thai (Fried noodles), spring rolls, and Som Tam (Papaya Salad). Plant rice on the paddies with Thai farmers, and learn how to transplant rice to grow into the rice fields. Drive through the rice fields to the wicker work village, and see how farmers make the basketry. Learn how to make the silver barb (Pla-Tapiean) and take one home as a souvenir.
