The Food - We sampled a variety of dishes, and the quality of the seafood really stood out: a) Garlic Fried Prawns: These were perfectly cooked—plump, juicy, and loaded with aromatic crispy garlic. A must-order for anyone who loves savory, simple flavors. b) Stir-fried Squid with Basil: The squid had a great "snap" to it and wasn't rubbery at all. The basil and chili sauce provided that signature Thai heat and fragrance that pairs perfectly with white rice. c) Tom Yum Soup: Served hot in a traditional metal pot, the broth was vibrant, spicy, and sour.
