At Mezzaluna, chefs Thomas and Mathias Suhring prepare European cuisine with a
touch of Asian flavour. Meals are made using seasonal produce from Thailand, along with a few fresh international ingredients. Diners can choose from either a four-course menu or seven-course tasting menu, with some of the highlights including lobster, caviar, foie gras and lamb. The tasting menu features new items every day, and can be paired with carefully-selected wines, if desired.
This award-winning restaurant makes attention-to-detail a priority, from the clean white table linens and elegant ambiance, to the artful presentation of the gourmet meals. Smoking, pickling, drying, curing and grilling all take place on-site using homemade ingredients. Mezzaluna is set on the 65th floor of Bangkok's luxury Iebua Hotel,
where the meal is complimented by the striking Bangkok cityscape, and the music of a classical string quartet.
