Thai cooking practices.
There are 2 menus available, 'Bo.Lan a la Carte' and the 'Bo.Lan Balance'. The 'Bo.Lan Balance' is ideal for those new to Thai food. The items on the Balance menu change every 2 months, but it is always composed of 5 basic dishes: a Thai salad, a chilli relish, a stir-fried dish, a curry, and a soup.
The restaurant is located on a small street of Sukhumvit soi 26 in a renovated wooden building. You dine in the sophisticated interior, or outside on the terrace. Bo.Lan also offers cooking workshops and catering.
