La Truffe Restaurant is situated inside the Maduzi Hotel, found in the heart of central Bangkok. This high profile hotel hosts the French eatery Truffe, and is perfect for a fine dining experience in Thailand.
The setting is informal and casual so open to all visitors and requiring no dress code, whilst the kitchen serves only the finest French cuisine in Bangkok. Please note that La Truffe has a reservations-only policy because of the intimate setting, so phoning ahead is required for all meals.
In true French style, the menu offers a choice of either a set course meal, a la carte specialites or for special occasions, individuals can design their own menu (given a weeks notice to the restaurant). Every month, the chef Yuya Okuda produces a different signature dish. For example, the New England Lobster dish changes with the seasons and the catch that is available fresh. Only the best possible produce is imported from around the globe.
To guarantee one of the best dishes in the house, try the duck fois gras terrine with port wine and fig jam, or the warm melted 70% dark chocolate cake with movenpick vanilla ice cream. Bon appétit!
