If you have yet another afternoon in the city of Bangkok, why not visit the National Science Museum? It is placed in the district of Khlong Luang and located just 20 minute away from the city center. The museum features many scientificexhibits, including exhibits on the technologies that Thai people use to produce carving, pottery, etc. On one of the museum's floors is presented the geography of Thailand and how it shaped through the years.
The museum opened with the royal help and support by Queen Sirikit and in 2006 celebrated the 60th year on the throne of her husband Rama IX. If you are visiting Bangkok, do not miss this museum!
