Vinder Balbir is a world-renowned chef, whose passion for Indian food has seen her open her own chain of restaurants in Bangkok. Their popularity has grown through word of mouth alone, which suggests that the service you receive will be outstanding.
The cookery courses she offers are an extension of her love for food, and incorporate world cuisine, such as Moroccan, Thai, Malaysian, Indian and Brazilian. Mrs Balbir is even the host of a cookery show, so you are in good hands! If you want to make delicious dal, marinate lamb like a master chef or prepare chutney like a pro, a class with Mrs B is for you. Each class includes a recipe folder, all ingredients, a 500baht gift voucher for a meal at Mrs Balbir's, tea and a snack, and a full Indian lunch.

Classes start at 10.30 on weekdays and 2.30pm on Saturdays.
