Tapas Cafe
Bangkok
At the Tapas Café you can have a taste of authentic Spanish cuisine in a fun and friendly atmosphere. A modern bar, it is innovative in that is not solely Spanish themed, but traditional and modern tapas inspired and is the first Spanish tapas bar in Bangkok. Gone are the sangria barrels and bullfight posters to be replaced by concrete beams and bright, clean walls with comfortable cushioned furniture. Topping off the evening is a lively tune of Spanish flamenco music, Brazilian and Spanish jazz and Cuban salsa and timba.
Tapas are meant for sharing, so the restaurant provides a welcoming location for Spanish expats and tourists as well as locals and other visitors enjoying the ambience. Sharing some nibbles over a couple of drinks, try the calamari, olives, chorizo or paella. To see the full menu, click here.
Also available at the restaurant is a new art exhibition displaying paintings by Elsie Evans.
