In prime position in the middle of the one of Bangkok's exciting districts, right on Sukhumvit Road, The Landmark Hotel hosts a steak restaurant on the 31st floor. The chic interior of the Rib Room & Bar looks out to spectacular cityscape views, and is one of the more high-end steak restaurants in Bangkok.
The most expensive steak on the menu is the Ohmi Wagyu which is regarded as one of the most premium steaks in the world. For steak aficionados, the ohmi tenderloin is grade A-5 and has a marbling score 9. Another melt-in-the-mouth steak delicacy is the Kagoshima Wagyu tenderloin, sirloin, or ribeye, which is grade A-4.
With such a special class of steaks come high-end side dishes too; white asparagus with a hollandaise sauce, sautéed porcini mushrooms, as well as black truffle mashed potatoes. The desserts are equally as decadent. Flambéed dessert cooked at your table is a real treat.
The open kitchen is a focal point of the restaurant and adds to the exciting atmosphere that foodies will love.The Rib Room & Bar excudes sophisticated, classy, grown-up appeal.
