Mandopop

Mandopop focuses on fresh ingredients and delightfully tasty portions. This is not about large portions of greasy noodles from a local Chinese takeaway, this is glamorous food served in a high-end restaurant. All the meals are prepared under the supervision of Executive Chef Adrian Chua who is from Singapore, and created by his dedicated team of chefs.


The setting is dramatic, with floor to ceiling windows giving a vantage view out across the All Seasons Place and Wireless Road. The décor is decadent, with antique Chinese screens, Chinese pop art and an open dim sum kitchen. The lighting is low level and feels lounge like. Private rooms are available to hire for special occasions and functions, there are four, which are each themed according to a season. The Mandopop is a very modern take on Chinese culture, no dragon motifs and waving cats here. With its theatrical appearance it feels very glamorous.

The drinks menu is creative and features an extensive selection of champagnes, wines and cocktails.
