The outdoor decking space is the attraction of the restaurant with views that are equally as impressive during the day, or to gaze at the bright lights come nightfall. An unusual combination of Italian and Thai cuisine portrays their western approach which is attractive to many visitors to Bangkok, and in recent years has become increasingly popular, so reserving a table is advised, especially at the weekends. An upstairs bar offers a nice selection of refreshing beverages which are best enjoyed at sunset creating a very romantic backdrop. Due to its popularity the overall service can occasionally be slow paced on bringing food out, and the food is good but not amazing. This is a location where the views are so breathtaking, that the restaurant takes second place in some respects. The chefs at the Deck are Thai so consequently their local dishes are far more satisfying than their European alternatives of pizza and pasta.
