The inspiration behind the name Aldo's came from a painting by impressionist artist Aldo Luongo. The painting shows a man at ease with life, holding a glass of red wine while taking in the evening's pleasures. The painting almost acts as a mission statement for the bistro, in the sense that Aldo's concerns itself with providing all of their customers with such an enriching experience.
Aldo's offers both a contemporary Mediterranean bistro and a highly sophisticated wine bar, where many of the available wines are available by the glass rather than just the regular house wines. The wine collection is extensive and covers all the significant wine producing regions of the world with many of them being personally selected by the owner, George Foose.
Aldo's healthy yet luscious foods will confirm that you are in the right place, while its award winning wines will ensure that the stresses of the day are forgotten about while you socialise with your party.
As well as being a place for social dining and drinking, Aldo's also encourages its patrons to host corporate functions at the venue, here its advantageous poolside setting really comes into play.
With smooth music playing throughout the bistro and enriching art hanging on its walls, Aldo's atmosphere is really one to aspire to.
If you after a special evening, then make sure that you request an outside poolside gazebo when making your booking.
