Kuppa's menu ranges from all day breakfasts, to restaurant style appetisers, snacks, and comfort foods inspired by recipes from all over the world, including Thailand. Kuppa offers an ideal stop-off for solo visitors or those wanting a coffee and a simple snack. The open space has comfy seats and some more lounge style seating, as well a few seats outside too, which is a more formal restaurant style seating with white table cloths and subdued evening lighting.
The breakfast menu includes all the favourites including eggs Benedict, and at lunch there is a wide range of salads such as a citrus salad with crispy duck and a tarragon vinaigrette, and baby spinach with avocado, mushroom and crispy bacon. Quiches and pot pies are served throughout the day and sandwiches come on wooden boards and include roast beef on grilled country loaf and Virginia ham and Monterey Jack cheese on a baguette; all ideal for Western tourists needing a fix of pastry and dough.
There are a few mains on the menu with several Australian steaks, and home-cooked style recipes such as crispy pork leg with spiced red cabbage as well as braised lamb shanks, both served with creamy mashed potatoes. The fish dishes have a mainly Asian flavour apart from the classic beer battered fish and chips. The Thai dishes offer some classic dishes in a more upmarket style with mid-range prices, but the main attraction of the menu is probably the non-Thai dishes.
