Within the whitewashed walls of Gaggan restaurant, a vibrant and exciting combination is occurring; Chef Gaggan is adding a little bit of India to Bangkok's busy downtown area. Producing Indian cuisine inspired by traditional recipes, he shows his life's journey around India through his food, combining it with local and modern twists; authentically Indian, globally inspired.

There are two menus to choose from: the Tasting menu and the A La Carte menu. With the tasting menu, the team offer 10 blind courses, offering a surprise with every bite. On the A La Carte menu you can dabble in wild salmon, hot and spicy sea bass, Indian mutton and sundried figs to name but a few. Creating unique memories you'll keep forever, the meals are made with local and fresh ingredient meant to dazzle and astound.
