Best Khao Chae (Thai summer menu) I had in a long time. Everything on that menu was delicious. We finished our meal with Thai dessert that’s just right amount of sweetness. The only reason I give overall star at only 4 because after spending almost 1,500 THB per person at lunch, I still have to pay 60THB for parking… I guess we enjoy the meal too much, and a little too long. But everything else was excellent.
super yummy thai food!!! my friends thought the wok fried cabbage was excellent 👌 other standouts were the clear coconut soup, crab omelette (not oily or overly fried), mango catfish salad service was also fantastic altho we had wild children in tow hahaha
This was the best part of Bangkok for me. The food was delicious, much better than other restaurant at the same price point. The staff was polite and kept their distance when check for empty plates or for needs of services, instead of constantly explicitly walking past by the table and look your way like they do in North America. The way they do it at Khao is more relaxing which together with their well spaced apart tables creates a relaxing environment for private conversations. If I only get to choose on restaurant to recommend in Thailand, this one would be it
Excellent dining experience and the food really surprised us. ALL Staff are very attentive and friendly. Environment is relaxing. Will give a try to the set or seafood items requiring pre-order next time.
Deserved 1 Michelin star. Adorable pricing for everyone. The foods are clean and the restaurant has been fine decorated. Tons of Thai menu for own preferences. In case you need more privacy, there are 2 private rooms on the M floor which you can book directly with the staffs. Authentic thai foods, tastes amazing and the spicy flavor for KHAO restaurant should be fine for foreigners. I’ll surely visit this lovely restaurant with my friends next time.
