Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a yoga session in Lumphini Park. Practice Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a professional instructor. Meet your instructor at meeting location **a small yellow shop inside the Lumphini Park *Door 4 (entrance is behind the King Rama 6 Monument) on time of your schedule. We will walk together to practice spot where is peaceful location. We will start a session with mindful meditation. Focus on the basics yoga and adjust the level of the class according to your abilities. Learning breathing techniques to connect your mind, body, and spirit. Practice asana flow and enjoy a peaceful and joyful experience. After your session, enjoy an aroma cool towel for relaxing in the park.
