Description
Step into Bangkok’s first multi-breed Puppy Yoga—a calming, beginner-friendly yoga session or sound healing (depending on the options selected), made extra joyful by friendly puppies roaming freely around the room. No yoga experience is needed, and the class is welcoming for ages 4 and up and all genders.
The experience is designed in two parts: you’ll start with a guided, easy-to-follow relaxation-focused yoga practice while the puppies interact, cuddle, and play nearby (and sometimes right beside you). Afterwards, you’ll have dedicated time to play, connect, and take photos with the furry friends in cute, Instagrammable setups.
To help you remember the moment, you’ll receive a complimentary gift of the day, a Polaroid photo with the puppies, and professional photography during the session. Your digital photos will be sent to you after class, so you can enjoy the experience fully without worrying about capturing every shot.

- Our classes are basic and beginner-friendly—just come relax and have a few laughs
Instruction is mainly in English and Thai, and it’s easy to follow for first-timers, even if you don’t speak either language
Puppy breeds are not guaranteed and may vary by session
All puppies have owners (they are not stray dogs)
There are more puppies than participants to help ensure interactions are never forced
