- You will receive a text message a day before your scheduled pickup with your booking reference, our customer service number, and your driver's name and contact details
- Waiting time for arrival airport transfer: 2 hours after the indicated pick-up time, otherwise overtime charges will apply
- Waiting time for departure airport transfer: 15 minutes after the indicated pick-up time
- The type of vehicle depends on the number of passengers:
- 1–2 passengers: Sedan Car (Maximum capacity: 2–3 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage)
- 3–4 passengers: SUV Car (Maximum capacity: 4 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage)
- 5–7 passengers: Van (Maximum capacity: 7 passengers and 7 pieces of luggage)
