Morning Class (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM): Start with an exciting local market tour where you learn how to choose fresh Thai herbs, spices, and ingredients before cooking. Afterward, receive your digital SkyWalk ticket to enjoy spectacular afternoon views over the capital at your own pace. Afternoon Class (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Focus purely on cooking with premium pre-sourced fresh ingredients (no market tour). This session perfectly aligns with a late-afternoon visit to the Mahanakhon tower, allowing you to catch the magical 'Golden Hour' sunset over the Bangkok skyline. Evening Class (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM): Focus purely on cooking with premium pre-sourced fresh ingredients (no market tour). This option gives you the flexibility to visit the Mahanakhon SkyWalk earlier in the afternoon before your cooking class begins, or experience the glittering night views afterward. Inside a clean, fully air-conditioned kitchen, every participant gets their own individual cooking and prep station (100% hands-on, no sharing). Professional and fun-loving local chefs will guide you step-by-step through pounding authentic curry pastes from scratch and cooking 4 delicious signature Thai dishes. The menu changes daily based on the day of the week. After cooking, sit down together to enjoy your delicious culinary creations. Every participant will also receive an official entry ticket (QR Code) to Mahanakhon SkyWalk, a digital recipe booklet, and a souvenir cooking certificate to take home.
