Start at 7:00 AM when your private driver picks you up in Bangkok for the journey to Ayutthaya province. The first stop is Bang Pa-In Palace, a royal complex originally built in the 17th century.

Next, visit Wat Mahathat, believed to date from before the 14th-century Ayutthaya Period. Here you will see the famous Buddha face entwined in tree roots. You will also visit Wat Phrasrisanphet, the former royal monastery.

The final stop is Viharn Pra Mongkolborpit, home to a large bronze Buddha statue. Note that entrance fees to these sites are not included. The tour concludes with a return drive to Bangkok around 4:00 PM.
