- Business Class International Gate D and Cocoon Lounge: Open 24 hours daily
- Cosmo Lounge: 06:00 to 02:00 daily
- The Coral Lounge – Domestic: Open 05:00 to 22:00 daily
- Valid boarding pass required for lounge access
- Infants aged 0 to 2 years enter free of charge
- Children charged at adult rate
- Quiet room maximum stay is 2 hours; additional hours incur extra charges
- Services such as massages, shower rooms, quiet rooms, meeting rooms, gym, prayer rooms, and cinema rooms are subject to availability
- Massage and other services limited to 2 hours, extra time charged at THB 350 per 15 minutes
- First Class Lounge massage charges: THB 1,000 per hour, including possibility to collect an extra hour at the Coral Lounge
