Important Information
- Ticket redemption times: 09:00 AM to 11:45 AM and 12:45 PM to 2:00 PM
- Reservations must be made at least 1 hour before arrival
- Participants must be fully conscious and aware; service refusal without refund applies if under the influence
- Always follow instructor instructions and safety commands to prevent accidents
- Do not touch the trigger unless instructed
- After shooting and using all ammunition, follow instructor commands and remove your finger from the trigger
- Check the chamber for leftover ammunition before placing the firearm down
- Report any issues immediately to staff
- Never point the firearm at anyone, loaded or unloaded
