Mango Cooking School provides an immersive Thai cooking experience in a bright, clean, air-conditioned café-style space near BTS On Nut. Classes focus on fresh ingredients, authentic techniques, and hands-on learning guided by English-speaking chefs.

The Morning and Afternoon Thai Cooking Classes begin with a guided visit to a local market nearby. Participants learn about Thai herbs, vegetables, and seasonings before returning to the school to make traditional coconut milk and cream. The cooking menu includes:

  • Pad Thai with chef-made shrimp-head oil
  • Tom Kha Gai
  • Pad Pak Boong Fai Daeng (stir-fried morning glory)
  • Turmeric Jasmine Rice
