Description
Explore Bangkok's essential sights with a private driver and guide by your side. Traveling in an air-conditioned vehicle, you'll temple hop through the city's most striking sites, wander a historic market district, and take in centuries of history along the way, with your guide filling in the stories behind each stop and the pace kept easy enough to actually take it in.
The day starts at the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, home to the Emerald Buddha and some of the country's finest architecture. From there, you'll visit Wat Pho to see the 46-meter reclining Buddha stretched across its hall, then cross the river to Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, where the spires rise straight up from the water's edge. The day closes in Chinatown, wandering the shophouses and street stalls of Yaowarat Road, where over a century of trade still shapes daily life.
