Description
Come with an empty stomach — whichever session you choose.
Morning guests start with a tuk-tuk ride through Bangkok's backstreets to Prannok Market, one of the city's oldest neighbourhood markets with over 60 years of history. Walk through the stalls with your local guide, taste famous Thai desserts, watch fresh coconut cream being made, and discover rare herbs, fresh prawns, curry pastes, and vibrant tropical fruits. Along the way, learn Thai cultural traditions — including releasing live fish into the canal for good karma — and hear the fascinating stories behind the neighbourhood and every dish you're about to cook.
Afternoon guests head straight to the kitchen — compact, focused, and just as delicious.
At the school, take your own spacious kitchen station and cook iconic Thai dishes from scratch with step-by-step guidance from a local instructor:
Morning class: Tom Yum or Tom Kha · Pad Thai or Pad Kaprao · Mango Sticky Rice (3 dishes)
Afternoon class: Tom Yum or Tom Kha · Pad Thai or Pad Kaprao (2 dishes)
Then sit down and eat everything you made.
