Tucked away above a restaurant in a quiet neighbourhood, this bar is a hidden gem. The cocktail menu is thoughtfully inspired by a fusion of Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese ingredients, reflecting the heritage of its three owner-bartenders. The team is incredibly welcoming and passionate about their craft. They took the time to explain the unique ingredients behind each drink and even let us sample different varieties of honey used in the cocktail I ordered, making the experience feel both personal and memorable. A great spot to unwind if you're ever in Ari, especially if you enjoy creative cocktails with a strong sense of storytelling.

The team is incredibly friendly, funny, and genuinely welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere that makes every visit feel special. Their hospitality is unpretentious yet thoughtful—they seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask, and it's always a pleasure to see everyone behind the bar. The cocktails are creative and experimental without ever feeling gimmicky. Two standouts for us are the Culantro Kingston Negroni and the Jackfruit Martini, both of which showcase their playful approach to flavor while remaining beautifully balanced. The space itself is intimate, beautifully designed, and has a fresh, inviting vibe that encourages you to settle in and enjoy the experience. Khaoya Archive is the kind of place you'll want to return to again and again—not just for the drinks, but for the people who make it feel like home.

Love the close knit vibes and the concept of bringing Thai, viet and Chinese flavors into the cocktail menu. The team let us try their specialty alcohol as well which is nice!
The service is superb. All cocktails are served with interesting taste. These bartenders are very friendly and ask me to get a lot of free shot.
