The hotel is near Sanam Pao BTS station. At the lobby, there was a cafe and the reception gave me a 10B discount to buy coffee there. The room is okay. We have twin beds but 2 beds just stick to each other to save space, I guess. A pretty good experience staying here for 4 nights overall
A nice, clean hotel on the MRT line, only two stops away from the airport express. When their reservation payment system didn't work for me, they worked patiently with me via email to give me two other payment options. The workout room and swimming pool are clean and sufficient, open from 7am to 10pm. The pool is fine for lap swimmers, but too deep for children and short people who can't swim. The breakfast buffet is very nice, offering both Asian and western options. There's a 7-Eleven and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. I experienced some confusion about laundry the first day, but we worked it out. I advise ignoring the laundry service order form you find in the room. Just bring your laundry to the front desk and they'll send it out for you.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient near BTS Sanam Pao What impressed me the most was the staff - Fortune. She was welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Super welcoming and friendly stuff! Great stay during our time here. Perfectly located in Ari & amazing coffee (and affordable) in the lobby. Gym and pool available as well. We got a free upgrade and came back before leaving the country’s 100 recommendation! 🙏🏻
We stayed here for 4 nights at a great price (around 1.2M VND/night), and the service was truly exceptional. The reception staff were so friendly and even helped us with an early check-in. The rooms are excellent—featuring smart TVs and beds large enough for two people to share comfortably. Housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning and refilling our water daily. Location-wise, it’s a short walk to the train station and there's a 7/11 nearby. It gets a bit quiet/secluded at night, but the hotel has a beautiful cafe in the lobby with delicious, affordable coffee. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Thailand
