Booked two rooms for our family of five including my in laws and two kids (4&8years old). While the room was sparse, it was very comfortable with a bed large enough to accommodate my wife, 2 kids and myself!! They even had 4 pillows (soft and firm) on the bed which was a pleasant surprise. Our booking came with breakfast which was decent and really raised the value of our stay. The staff were really lovely both friendly and helpful. The star of the show was the location. Located right next to the Raddison Blu, it was 2minutes walk from the main road which was far enough from the craziness but close enough it was convenient. Both MRT and BTS were 8 minutes walk and a large mall in opposite direction (emsphere and terminal 21) were only 12minutes away so access to food courts and entertainment. While there isn’t a pool there was a small gym but being this close to thonglor and Asok, the main attraction is convenient access to the city. Really great stay for exploring.
The hotel is perfectly located near Sukhumvit station and Terminal 21 shopping mall — you can find pretty much everything you need within walking distance. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away on a side street, so there’s no noise from the main road or train tracks, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The rooms are very well equipped, with plenty of power outlets, a spacious bathroom, and an incredibly comfortable bed — perfect for resting after a long day. I would definitely stay here again!
What a great discovery! Finding this little gem tucked just behind the towering hotels on Sukhumvit 29 was a highlight of my trip. The rooms are clean, modern, and affordable, and the location is hard to beat. What really impressed me, though, was the service. When the A/C in my room went down, the staff didn't just fix it—they were proactive in transferring me to a new, even better room. They took care of me in a way that was truly above and beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely be back oh did I mention they greet you with a warm smile
I thought it’s a 4-star hotel, but it’s a 3-star one. So I’m very disappointed. If you look for a 3-star, it’s fine. Hotel looks new, clean and smart. Location is quite good, quite convenient. Room design is not good however. Toilet sliding door will crash the table. It pushed the tray of kettle to fall to floor and I’m charged for 300 thb. No door / curtain for bathing area. No full body mirror.
The rooms are small but modern and they have tea and coffee making facilities, a hair dryer, a safe, a bar fridge a space for.your luggage and a large LCD Smart TV with poor range of English speaking channels. There's nowhere to sit except on the bed. There's not even a rubbish bin in.the room! The beds are comfortable. The wi-fi often drops out. Theres no soundproofing, you can clearly hear people's conversational footsteps out in the corridors. The bathroom is small and there's a horrible sewage odor coming from it. The shower has a rainfall shower head and a handheld Rose and the water pressure is really weak and you don't feel like you had a shower and the water pressure is so weak u can't even wash the soap off your body properly The bath mats are tattered and freighed and so are the hand towels.
