Hotel is nice. You get what you pay for. Rooms are spacious. Washrooms have bidet. We opted for a studio. It had a small kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge. The pool is amazing. My only suggestion is to put up options for Halal Breakfast.
A big thank you to Boat and Kran for their outstanding service. After a long international flight, traveling with our children, we were exhausted. Receiving such a warm welcome and top-quality service upon arrival made a huge difference and was exactly what we needed. They made our check-in incredibly quick and smooth. Since our room was already available, they kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated. They also arranged a baby cot for our little one almost immediately, and everything was taken care of without any hassle. Both Boat and Kran were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Thank you, Boat and Kran, for making the start of our holiday so comfortable and stress-free. You truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
Very nice hotel with great location and service. Though all the staff was good but prominently Annie and Ice at the front desk were always of great help! The rooms were quite decent size and clean. The swimming pool was a bit too much in the entrance area and could have been a bit secluded. Breakfast though quite good but was same throughout every day which became a bit monotonous. All in all great hotel at a very nice price. Totally recommended!
We had a wonderful stay in Bangkok with our family of four. The family room with bunk beds was perfect, and the kids absolutely loved it. The service throughout our stay was excellent, but a special thank you to Ei Ei at the buffet breakfast. Every morning she greeted us with a warm smile, made us feel so welcome, and was especially attentive to our children. Her kindness and friendly nature made breakfast a highlight of our day. Thank you, Ei Ei, and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning!
Super family friendly hotel. The staff were all kind and helpful. It was especially nice to have a playroom with staff members to entertain your child. The two playroom members were so lovely and you can tell that they love their job. In the room, we got given a baby bath tub and amenities for the little one. A baby cot and high chair are available upon availability. Only downside of the room was that the TVs were not smart TVs. Location was very convenient less than 5 minutes walk to Emsphere and 10 minutes to BTS stations. The hotel offers shuttle services to the airport for 500THB including toll ways.
