My stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam Hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Max and Earth at the front reception went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to assist with every request were truly outstanding. They always greeted us with genuine smiles and ensured everything throughout our stay was seamless. A special thanks also goes to Dej from the concierge team, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. His local knowledge, prompt assistance, and positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his dedication to excellent customer service deserves special recognition. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and such an outstanding team made our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Mercure Bangkok Siam Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and look forward to returning in the future. As an Accor member, I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to MBK, Siam Center, Siam Paragon and the BTS, making it very convenient to explore Bangkok. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was good, and every staff member I met was friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Sam, the bellman, for his outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly helpful, professional and always greeted us with a warm smile. His kindness and willingness to assist truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was having to change elevators before reaching the guest rooms, especially when carrying luggage. However, it was a very small issue compared to the overall excellent experience. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay. I will definitely choose Mercure Bangkok Siam again on my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome. Ellie and Ammy were very kind, professional, and always smiling. They took the time to answer our questions and made our arrival and stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back. A special thank you to Ellie and Ammy for their excellent service!
Ellie’s service made us felt welcome when we checked in. The room are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the pillow is too soft. The pool is very nice at level 29 , though not infinity pool, it has a nice view. We went to swim twice and basically always empty. It felt more private as it is located in the highest floor of the building. The ground floor of hotel has a 7-11 which makes buying things very convenient if you need to buy something. The location is perfect with national stadium bts and one stop away from the very crowded Siam. Highly recommended
Fantastic breakfast and excellent service! The breakfast selection was delicious and varied every day. We especially want to thank Patcharin (FB Supervisor) for her kindness and professionalism. She was always friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Thank you, Patcharin, for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely stay here again!
