Although my stay was brief, it left a lasting impression. Beyond attending our event, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the entire hotel team. From the moment we arrived, they were efficient, accommodating, and always ready to help with every detail of our event and stay. Their warm smiles and dedication—even during the late-night cleanups—made us feel genuinely welcomed. Special thanks to Rome for going above and beyond to make everything possible. Kudos to the amazing staff of Indra Regent Hotel for delivering such outstanding service. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok!
We recently stayed at the Indra Regent Hotel to attend a 3-day conference event, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! First off, I loved the vibe of the place. It’s an older hotel, but it has this charming, "vintage castle" feel that makes it really special. Our rooms was spotless, so spacious, and smelled wonderful the whole time. The location in Pratunam is fantastic—super convenient with malls, markets, pharmacies, and the train station right nearby, which made getting around so easy for everyone. More than anything, the hospitality made a lasting impression on all of us. Everyone was so genuinely warm and friendly! The front desk staff and catering team were always smiling and ready to help. I also want to personally thank the General Manager, Mr. Rome, who was so supportive and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. I'm so glad we got to experience this during our time in Bangkok!

The food was easily one of the highlights of our stay: Each meal was a culinary masterpiece—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of rich flavors. Variety The breakfast spread offered an incredible array of local and international options catering to every taste. What truly elevates this hotel is its incredible team. Every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence is commendable. The hotel though not as modern like others that were built recently provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy your vacation. The atmosphere gives you a feeling of home. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. There's a variety of food to choose from from their restaurants. Theye have a clean swimming pool and a massage and spa available if you need some massage. The location is within the shopping area and in fact form the hotel lobby the 2 floors below is the famous Indra shopping mall. Very convinient for your shopping needs.The manager Mr. Rome is such a wonderful hands on manager ensuring that we are provided with whatever we need! He doesn't hide in his office but you can see him walking around checking that everything is according to the guests expectations.I highly recommend this hotel to those who wants to have a wholesome vacation experience.

Whether visiting for shopping, sightseeing, or simply exploring Bangkok, the convenience is difficult to beat. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. While the property has a classic character that reflects its long history, it remains comfortable and practical for modern travelers. Families and groups will especially appreciate the generous room sizes. The staff consistently provided friendly and attentive service, helping create a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel also offers useful facilities including a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, multiple dining options, and convenient parking. What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location. Major shopping destinations, local markets, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and transportation links are all within easy walking distance. The nearby Airport Rail Link makes travel to and from the airport remarkably simple, while Bangkok's main shopping districts are only minutes away.
