I’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for the past four years, and every time I return, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The hotel is excellent, but what really makes it special is the people. I would especially like to recognize Jureeporn from the Concierge team. Although she has only been with the hotel for about a year and a half, she has made a lasting impression on me. She is always welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about every guest. Recently, she went above and beyond to help me with my WHOOP band when it became stuck. She didn’t just point me in the right direction—she took the time to help me find a solution and made sure everything was okay. It’s that level of care and attention that sets her apart. Every time I come back to the hotel, Jureeporn remembers me, greets me with a warm smile, and is always happy to help with anything I need. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional hospitality make every stay even more enjoyable. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Jureeporn, for always going above and beyond
Best location and testiest breakfast. This is the hotel with the best breakfast I've ever had. Very supportive and responsive staff also very friendly. Big comfy bed, I have a good dream in every stay. Last thing is great price came with point collecting for ihg member. Must recommend ❤️❤️❤️
It was amazing! I stayed here for 2 weeks and all perfect. They provide many variety of breakfast, from japanese, indian and western provided. The room has big space and big bathroom which was so clean and tidy every single day. Making sure that I didnt lack of anything. Not only that, the warm welcome from all the staff team. Especially aunty who greet me cheerfully every morning infront of breakfast place, and ms fern (Hnungrutay) who kindly and warmly help me with my packages. Thank you
The Deluxe room was clean and comfortable but be aware that the hotel places these rooms as low as level 5, where the view is completely blocked by street infrastructure. You may pay good money for a poor view. These rooms should not be marketed as deluxe and the reception should ask about preferences is marketed as such. I just automatically assumed they would give me a room with a view. Hence, I see it as a typical industry trick. The management read this review on trip advisor and contacted me, and offered symbolic redress (a free glass of wine worth 10 euro, the same value as two underground train fares in London). They don't have mechanisms to really offer compensation. I was on holidays there for three nights. I think even flight crews on an overnight layover got better rooms than mine.
Stayed at the Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom and overall had a very satisfying experience. The hotel was very clean, and the reception staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful. Honestly, Thai people are incredibly sweet and respectful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was satisfying with good quality food, although the dessert selection was very limited. The rooms are a bit old-school in style, but they are spacious, very clean, and the bed was relaxing and comfortable. One thing I didn’t like was the lack of basic room amenities. There was no hot water kettle, no coffee, no tea, no cups nothing except bottled water. Not even mineral water . The hotel facilities were good, including a sauna, gym, tennis court, and outdoor swimming pool. The only major downside is that everything closes early, which can be disappointing if you come back late and want to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, especially thanks to the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff.
