I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of the standards expected from a World Elite hotel. Firstly, the check-in process was quite problematic. While the supervisor was able to resolve the issue, the overall arrival experience was disappointing. As a loyalty member, I noticed a complete lack of VIP recognition. There was no differentiation across the VIP 1-6 tiers compared to standard OTA guests, and the welcome amenity consisted of just three small pieces of sweets. Regarding the room, my upgrade to an Executive Room felt like a misnomer, as it was merely a Deluxe Room on a higher floor. Furthermore, housekeeping was substandard; there was no turndown service provided, and I returned to a dirty room. For the dining experience, I ordered a club sandwich at the pool, which was cut into a shape so awkward that it was practically inedible—rendering it a complete waste of money. However, I would like to commend the pool staff for their good service and the bartender for the delicious cocktails. At breakfast, while the coffee and healthy beverages were excellent, the Thai menu options were very unappealing and difficult to enjoy. Finally, I raised all of these concerns with the front desk during check-out. While the staff listened, I was disappointed that no service recovery was offered or attempted. Given this experience, I do not feel this stay was worth the money, and the service is nowhere near the level of other World Elite properties or hotels like the Carlton Singapore. Frankly, the quality aligns more with a standard premium hotel such as Holiday Inn or Mercure. I will not be returning to your property in the future. Sincerely,
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service at the Club Lounge! Our stay was made absolutely unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at the Club Lounge. The manager, Immy, along with Enzo and Ploy, provided an outstanding level of customer service that truly sets a new standard. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, supportive, and remarkably attentive. They were perfectly in tune with our needs before we even had to ask, and went above and beyond to help us with every question and issue we encountered. Their genuine kindness and proactive care made us feel completely at home. This team is an absolute asset to the hotel, and their hard work and stellar performance definitely deserve to be celebrated. Because of the exceptional hospitality we experienced from them, we will highly consider coming back to this property in the future. Thank you all for making our stay so special!
This is my second time visiting Bangkok, and I chose to stay at the Carlton Hotel both times! The rooms are incredibly spacious, modern, and clean. The bedding and pillows are so comfortable that I got amazing sleep every night. Since it’s a newer hotel, the facilities are top-notch and the AC works perfectly to keep everything cool. The only minor downside is that it’s about a 3 to 5-minute walk from Asoke Station, and there is no sheltered or indoor walkway connected to the station, which can be a bit inconvenient in the heat or rain. Still, considering the price and the quality of the room, it's absolutely worth it. Also, I mentioned it was our honeymoon this time, and they prepared a lovely surprise for us! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again.
Great experience, lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was incredible. Room was perfect. Pool and gym excellent. Had an aroma massage on the last day that finished my stay at the Carlton perfectly. Will definitely stay here again! 🙂 I was also given a free room upgrade, which was a great start to my stay.
We stayed for 5 nights during our honeymoon and it truly made our trip unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond by decorating our room with beautiful towel art and a sweet card. They also surprised us with a complimentary dessert in the fridge — such a thoughtful touch! The hotel has a Let’s Relax spa right inside the building, which was perfect. We enjoyed relaxing massage treatments every single night. The room was very quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool were all exceptionally clean and well-maintained. At HKD 6,400 for 5 nights in May, it felt a bit expensive at first, but the excellent service, peaceful environment, and special honeymoon touches made it completely worth every penny. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok!
