Baiyoke Sky Hotel

It's a very good hotel in an excellent location. Needs a bit improvement on rooms and overall service. The lobby is at 18 th floor, the rooms starting from 20 to 76 th floor i believe. We stayed in 66th and then on 54th floor, the views are amazing. Their breakfast is served on 81 and 82 floor. They have 360° rotating view of bangkok 77th floor. The hotel itself has view points. Pool could have been bigger.
We stay here regularly, traveling up from Hua Hin. Always a great welcome and an enjoyable stay. Stayed in the sky zone this time, Great views although the lights over Bangkok were quite dimmed due to the respect period being shown. Breakfast was, as always, very good with a huge selection and a choice of being able to choose amongst 3 dining rooms offering buffet style food. Staff here are very polite, obliging and knowledgeable and are a credit to the hotel. However, the negative side is that the housekeeping sadly let the side down, very slow and lackadaisical, for 2 days we left the hotel early morning and got back to our room around mid day to find the room had t been cleaned or the beds made. We had to call them to come. This is the only negative and we will definitely be staying here again soon.
You could write your review like this: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Baiyoke Sky Hotel! We had an excellent stay at Baiyoke Sky Hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of Bangkok's skyline. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious international and local dishes to suit every taste. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, markets, and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the revolving observation deck, which provided stunning 360-degree panoramic views of the city, especially at sunset and nighttime. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, Baiyoke Sky Hotel offers great value, excellent facilities, fantastic views, and outstanding service. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok and would definitely stay here again.
I recently stayed at Baiyoke Sky Hotel Bangkok, and my overall experience was average, mainly because of a few issues I faced during my stay. The hotel is huge and located right in the city center, which is a major advantage. However, its location also creates some problems. Since it is situated in the busy Pratunam Market area, the surroundings are extremely crowded, and many taxi drivers are reluctant to come there. One evening, I had to leave at 4 PM, but I couldn't get a cab for almost an hour despite trying continuously from 4 PM to 5 PM. To avoid this issue, we started leaving the hotel early in the mornings for the rest of our trip. The hotel itself is quite old, but it seems to have been renovated recently. My room was on the 66th floor, and the view from there was absolutely outstanding. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is that you can skip visiting King Power Mahanakhon Tower, as the views and high-rise experience at Baiyoke Sky are already impressive enough. The 84th-floor revolving observation deck was fantastic and free for hotel guests. The 83rd floor featured the history of Baiyoke Sky Hotel along with several great photo spots, which were also free to access. The breakfast buffet was massive and exceeded my expectations. There were separate sections for vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Jain food, offering a wide variety of choices. Because the hotel is so large, the elevator system can be a bit confusing at first. However, there is usually a staff member near the lifts who is happy to assist, so it never became a major issue. The hotel took a 2,000 THB security deposit. When I asked about the refund timeline, I was informed that it could take 30–45 days. Room service was excellent and very quick. Whenever I called, my requests were usually fulfilled within 10–15 minutes. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was excellent. The biggest downside of my stay was the connectivity. Mobile network coverage inside the hotel was poor, and even when there was a signal, calls and online meetings were difficult. Unfortunately, the hotel's Wi-Fi was also very weak and unreliable. Before my trip, I was a bit worried after reading many negative Google reviews. However, I personally felt that the hotel was not nearly as bad as some reviews suggested. It is a beautiful property with amazing views, a great breakfast, and excellent room service. Still, the crowded location, difficulty getting taxis, poor mobile network, and weak Wi-Fi affected my overall experience. Overall Rating: 3.5/5 ⭐ A beautiful hotel with breathtaking views and great facilities, but connectivity issues and transportation challenges prevent it from being a perfect stay.
An entirely new level of luxury that I have personally experienced. I stayed on the 67th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning—truly out of this world. The cafeteria by the golf course, the rooftop bar, and the breathtaking 360-degree view of Bangkok city together create an extraordinary experience, especially at night. Security is excellent, and the location is probably the hotel’s biggest highlight. Standing tall in the middle of the city, it is ideal for tourists as everything you need is easily accessible nearby. The luxury, ambience, and panoramic skyline views genuinely make this place stand out. However, I did face some trouble signing into the Wi-Fi due to what seemed like a technical glitch. The breakfast spread and amenities are quite commendable as well.
