The hotel is located in the center of Bangkok, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. However, the rooms are quite outdated, and the bathroom is poorly designed—the water doesn’t drain properly and tends to pool on the floor. In addition, the main door occasionally malfunctioned and couldn’t be opened from the outside.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. The hotel was clean, smelled fresh throughout, and we didn’t encounter any bugs during our stay. The location is excellent, with Big C just next door for souvenir shopping, while CentralWorld and Platinum Mall are within walking distance. It’s also a great choice for families with elderly members. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff for fulfilling my request to make cute towel animals. It was a lovely touch that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!
Hotel is definitely dated but my room was good enough. For the price in this area i wouldnt mind coming back again. Wifi is great. Water pressure is great. Aircon is great. Staff are mostly pleasant and polite. Right next to big c but the only good time to go is in the morning before it gets crowded. Although not directly connected to the skywalk but easily accessible via big c or gaysorn. I had a great 2 night stay here.
