The Twin Towers Hotel

The employees were amazing! My complaint was with the room. The mattress and pillows were quite cheap but the real issue was with the bath. It has a large bathtub which I was excited to have a nice relaxing bath. The water did not get hot only a little warm. Was a big let down. The jacuzzi next to the pool was also cold just with bubbles.
The Twin Towers Hotel, Bangkok Amazing stay! Staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived — security, bellman, and receptionist all made us feel welcome. Our room (810) was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a very kind room attendant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We wanted to extend our stay but it was fully booked — that says it all! Highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip.
We stayed 1 week and the hotel staff was so nice and welcoming, one receptionist was speaking multiple languages with us ! The location is perfect to visit the city and with easy access especially when using Grab. The hotel entrance is very beautiful and the services are great (massage, swimming pool, gym, restaurants) The rooms are quite spacious but I have to say that they are very very old especially the bathroom which is very surprising for a hotel this famous and pretty on the outside. The equipment seems like it hasn’t been changed since the 80s. The bathtub and the shower head were so worn out. The sink was always clogged… Anyways we still enjoyed our stay !
I stayed at The Twin Towers Hotel during my trip to Bangkok and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel lobby looks grand and luxurious, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable for both business and leisure stays. The swimming pool area was relaxing after a long day in the city, and the breakfast had many choices with both local and international food. The location is also convenient, especially for visiting MBK Center, Siam area, and nearby attractions. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby and taxis are easy to get. Staff were generally friendly and helpful during my stay. Some parts of the hotel feel a bit old-fashioned and could use renovation, but the cleanliness and overall service were still good for the price. If you want a hotel with large rooms, good facilities, and a central Bangkok location at a reasonable rate, this is a good option to consider.
We recently stayed at Twin Towers Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. While there were some positives, there are also areas that could definitely be improved. The room itself felt a bit neglected, as it was noticeably dusty upon arrival. The amenities also seemed quite old and could benefit from an upgrade. One of the main inconveniences was the shower — the water pressure was very low, which made it uncomfortable and time-consuming to use. On the positive side, the service was good. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay, which made a difference. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the lounge area was very well presented and provided a pleasant space to relax. The location, however, was not ideal. It is a bit far from most main attractions, so we had to rely on Grab for transportation most of the time, which added to the overall cost and inconvenience. Overall, the hotel has some strong points in terms of service and facilities like the lounge and breakfast, but improvements in room maintenance and amenities would greatly enhance the experience.
