Old fashion hotel. Should have lived his best era in the 80’s however the room was huge with bedroom and living room. Cleanliness was on the spot and rooftop pool nice with a great view. I absolutely recommended it.
Room was big and clean but a bit old. Air con a bit old and could be noisy however over all it was nice and clean. Not expensive room rate.
It used to be a great hotel but the location is kinda depressing and the rooms quality has gone down significantly. The photos are misleading and old from over 2 years ago. The bathrooms are a mess, beds are just rock slabs on springs and clearly someone had smoked in our non smoking room when we checked in, and it was a full suite we booked. its just sad to see the condition of this hotel now. Never coming back here again.
When arriving we got a room on the second floor. The room was NOTHING like on the website(Booking.com) pictures. Was dark, musty and not clean. I did a check in the room and it clearly has not been deep-cleaned in a long time. We went to the front desk and told that we would like to have a room that we had booked. We got one immediately even without asking what is wrong with the room so it made us feel a bit weird. Was first told that we could change the next day because I had unmade the bed( for cleanliness check) but they let us change it immediately when we told we couldnt stay there. The new room (6th floor) was more like in pictures but clearly outdated. If we had gotten this room first maybe wouldnt have had a negative exprience. Room was cleaned daily which we really appreciated - new towels, toiletpaper and waterbottles. Unfortunately the wifi is really bad and goes in n out of connection. Pool area was nice and clean - upstairs the wifi worked great. The ”fitness center” was very outdated. Small glass room - fits 1 person at a time. The treadmill was unusable (was bouncing and old) and the bicycle was from the 90’s. I know this bc the brand is from my country and was actually shocked to see it there 😅. However the staff is very nice and location is REALLY good. I just think the pictures are misleading and the stay wasnt bad but definitely had different expectations. Our wishes were clean hotel, gym and good wifi - after our experince these didnt live up to the promieses.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely pool on the roof top where you can watch the sunset. Breakfast had a good selection. The room we had the air con didn’t work. Despite it being approx 11pm, the staff found another room for us with working air con within a minute of contacting them. Fantastic service!! The rooms are also huge and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
