Me and my fiancé had the pleasure of staying at Shanghai Masion Bangkok for a week and half. The property is absolutely stunning it has an old world feel/charm with modern amenities that any guest would appreciate. The staff is absolutely amazing always smiling and professional. Anyone is willing to assist you with any question or accommodations you need no matter the time of day or night. Our room attendant Su was phenomenal she always made sure our room or rather our home away from home was in order with fresh linens when requested and our mini bar was always stocked with refreshments. When we arrived back to Bangkok she arranged for cake and a towel cake with Happy Birthday arranged on the bed. I was so touched by the gesture and warm welcome from her and everyone at Shanghai Mansion that I will absolutely book a stay with them again as well as recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel also arranged a complimentary day excursion where we were able to learn how to fold lotus flowers, fill useful items baskets for the monks at the near by temple, we got to visit the golden Buddha, and learn to make /eat fried ice cream. It was such a great experience to learn the Thai culture and be apart of that experience. I was completely grateful for Shanghai mansion arranging such an itinerary. Dry cleaning is available at this establishment along with two restaurants the cotton and red rose. We didn’t make it to the cotton for any meals but we did get to enjoy the red rose nightly with live music performances. They offer delicious local and classic cocktails along with great Thai food options.
I spent two nights in the wonder shanghai mansion hotel Bangkok. The hotel is a beautiful unique hotel with its throwback to an older era. What it lacks in amenities compared to other modern hotels, it makes up with it character. Look for yourself at the photos and reviews you can find online. The spa was fantastic. I had one of the most relaxing massages. In fact after my foot scrub I barely last 5 minutes on the massage table before falling asleep. The bar has its own unique vibe with live music. Listening to jazz versions of rock songs was really interesting. If you love explore street food then the hotel is the perfect spot to be in. At night time the local alleyways become makeshift restaurants wirh flavours and smells that assault the taste buds and senses. So if you looking for something a bit different but still luxurious the Shanghai Mansion is the place to be. Thank you to Rit, Poor and the staff for a fantastic stay.
Shanghai Mansion Bangkok A fair‑dinkum ripper of a stay in Chinatown. We had a great stay at Shanghai Mansion. The vintage‑Shanghai theme is dialled in and a vibe that’s spot on— rich colours, moody atmosphere, and rhythm and style that matters. The rooms were comfy, the location’s a beauty, and the whole place rolls along with an easy flow that hits the spot. The team were solid across the board, and I want to give a shout to Trend, our room attendant — switched on friendly and has your best interests at heart, friendly vibe throughout the stay. Well done Trend, you’re an asset to the business. Shanghai Mansion’s a top pick if you want comfort, character, and a team that’s bang on. We’d happily check in and chill again. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for six nights, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a refined and peaceful atmosphere. The entire hotel had a very elegant and well-maintained feel to it. What made our stay even more special was the staff — they were consistently polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. No matter what we needed, they were always ready to assist us with a smile. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious, beautifully arranged, and clearly prepared with great care. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and every detail — from the decor to the amenities — made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. One of my favorite parts was definitely the breakfast. The variety was impressive, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their hospitality and kindness. We would gladly stay here again.
