We were genuinely surprised by this hotel. I booked it for a family of 5 - one triple room and one double room. Rooms are thoroughly clean + no weird smells like a lot of budget hotels. The heat on the shower was broken when we checked in but when we asked the front desk, they promptly replaced the heating system by the time we got back from our day trip to Pattaya. Area is nice, some good food places nearby and Sathorn pier for the Tourist Boat was super close so it’s easy access to places like ICONSIAM, Wat Arun, Wat Pho etc. Staff is amazing like previously mentioned, they speak great english and also helped set up our day trip to Pattaya. Highly recommend
Very much enjoyed my stay here. The neighbourhood was fun and local to check out. Close to a metro station and the pier to take river tours. There are a few great food options nearby and a mall to cool off during the day. The rooftop pool was nice. No issues with wifi. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was very clean and we thought it was a great price. Would stay here again.
A bit far from the city center, but otherwise an ok neighborhood. Close to the bus station or the boat dock.The rooms are a bit old and they can certainly be improved, nevertheless they were cleaned everyday and we had an AC and hot water. Not for the pretentious ones.

Everything you need is just a 5 minute walk Maximum...The Sathon Pier, Saphan Taksin BTS Station, 7-ELEVENs, Restaurants the Palate Roof the Central Mall Amazing Neighbours and Neighbourhood
Stayed in a triple room, spacious, comfortable bed and very clean. Good location, near to BTS, piers to Iconsiam, shopping & restaurant. Definitely valued for money. Very highly recommended.
