I usually stay at the larger international hotel brands when I travel, so booking a boutique hotel was a bit of a change for me. Nysa Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, stylish, and incredibly peaceful. What surprised me most was how calm and relaxing it feels, despite being right in the middle of Bangkok. It's like stepping into a quiet oasis after being out in the city's hustle and bustle. The staff really made the stay special. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it made a huge difference - Thanks MingMing for your assistance!! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well appointed. Everything feels fresh and well thought out, and the amenities are excellent. The food and drinks were another highlight, with a great selection and consistently high quality. This is one of those rare hotels where everything just comes together perfectly. I honestly couldn't fault it, and I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Bangkok. Highly recommended.
After a long time away from Thailand, I wanted this trip to be special, so I carefully chose a hotel that would offer a true luxury experience. Nysa Bangkok looked modern, elegant, and was advertised as a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. What disappointed me the most wasn’t just the condition of the rooms—it was the lack of hospitality and professionalism. To me, true luxury is defined by exceptional service, and this hotel unfortunately fell short. I had booked two twin rooms and specifically requested connecting rooms as we were travelling as a family. At check-in, the receptionist was not welcoming. She initially offered us connecting rooms, but one had a king bed instead of two single beds. While I was explaining my reservation, another family arrived and was given the same connecting rooms that had just been offered to us. When I asked about it, she simply said there were no connecting rooms available. There was no apology or attempt to find a solution. The rooms were also disappointing. The furniture looked worn, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning, and the minibar fridge was so noisy that it affected our comfort. Breakfast was another letdown. For a hotel claiming to be five stars, the selection was very limited. On one morning, I waited quite a while at the restaurant entrance because there was only one staff member trying to manage everyone. He seemed overwhelmed, constantly walking back and forth while guests gathered at the entrance, creating unnecessary queues and confusion. Overall, this hotel never felt like a genuine five-star property. From the service and organisation to the rooms and breakfast, it simply didn’t deliver the refined experience its rating and photos promise. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing luxury hotel stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting true five-star standards.
This hotel has its own unique charm and offers a wonderful boutique hotel experience. The staff are warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages is its fantastic location. Situated in the Sukhumvit area, it is surrounded by great restaurants, lively Bangkok culture, shopping, convenience stores, and plenty of 7-Elevens, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and luxurious, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. The breakfast spread is decent rather than extravagant, but the coffee is excellent and definitely a highlight of the morning. If you're looking for a stylish stay with a great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality, I would highly recommend this hotel. Staying in Sukhumvit is a great choice for experiencing the best of Bangkok, and this property makes for an excellent base to explore the city.
My boyfriend and I love staying at 5-star hotels, and since we wanted to explore the Sukhumvit area, we decided to stay here based on its excellent reviews—and it did not disappoint! The check-in experience was fantastic. A staff member named Erngwu was very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to wait until 2 PM to check in and were able to go straight to our room. (It was probably because we visited during the low season, so the hotel wasn’t too busy.) The hotel facilities were great. The gym is spacious and well air-conditioned, the swimming pool is a nice size and not too deep, and the breakfast buffet offers plenty of delicious options. The room was large, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced 5-star hotel in Sukhumvit, close to restaurants and massage shops, we highly recommend this hotel!
A fantastic find in Bangkok! Nysa Hotel feels like a modern sanctuary tucked away from the city's chaos. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing—a great place to unwind. The rooms are spacious, stylishly designed, and very quiet. The location is perfect: close enough to the energy of Sukhumvit Soi 11, but far enough to get a peaceful night's sleep. Highly recommend!
