Hotel Once is absolutely stunning. The rooms are exactly as pictured on their website. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. Lots of natural lighting, excellent soundproofing, and one of the best beds I've ever slept on whilst is Asia. The bedding is also incredibly soft and luxurious. We had breakfast at the hotel every day, and it was flawless. Both restaurant and reception staff are wonderful and really made the stay so much more enjoyable. The pool area is fantastic, and the hotel itself is also surrounded by many great food options, multiple 7-11s and walking distance to Asiatique. We never had more than a few minutes wait for a Grab to pick us up. Overall an impeccable hotel, I would highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip!
Stayed at Hotel Once Bangkok for my honeymoon and it was a really lovely experience. The little welcome cookies and cake were a thoughtful touch, and the room made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast stood out too, with plenty of choices and made-to-order dishes that made the mornings feel easy and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back.
We stayed at Hotel Once for 4 nights. The room was lovely, with an amazing bathroom. The highlight though was the breakfast at theTop Knot restaurant on the 8th floor. The staff were so attentive and courteous, and always had a smile. Pui in the restaurant looked after us so well during our stay, particularly our young daughters. The breakfast offerings were really comorehensive including a buffet, and alacart menu. What an amazing place in the heart of Bangkok. Highly recommend.
This is great property. I will stay here whenever i come back to Bangkok. Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. Staffs are courteous and kind. Food is also good. Close to the river, with view from the rooftop restaurant. It has become one of my favourite places to stay.
An absolutely fantastic stay! The customer service here is top-notch. A special shout-out to the lady who checked us in, she was so kind and provided wonderful hospitality. We were even lucky enough to get a free upgrade to the Jacuzzi Executive Room! The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. We loved the restaurant, the food was delicious and the night view of the Chao Phraya River is breathtaking. Plus, the location is super convenient for public transport. Highly recommend!
