Google Maps gave me the wrong directions and suggested that I get off at Surasak BTS Station. As a result, I ended up walking quite a long distance to the hotel. For anyone arriving by BTS, I highly recommend getting off at Saphan Taksin Station and taking Exit 4. The hotel is less than 200 meters away and very easy to reach on foot. If you plan to use Bangkok’s river transport system, this hotel is in an excellent location. You can conveniently take boats to popular attractions such as the Grand Palace, Chinatown, Wang Lang Market, and many other riverside destinations. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was one of the highlights of my trip. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to try the swimming pool this time, but I would definitely love to come back and use it on my next visit.
Stayed here for a few nights and had a good experience overall. It’s a small hotel but has everything you need. The property feels quite new and the staff were nice. The location worked well for me. Saphan Taksin BTS and Sathorn Pier are within walking distance, and a short walk from the hotel you’ll find a 7-Eleven, local food stalls, cafes, and a small shopping mall. I liked that the hotel offers both soft and firm pillows. The bed was a little too firm for my taste, but that’s a personal preference. The bathroom occasionally had a slight smell, which was the only minor issue during my stay. Overall, a nice and comfortable hotel in a convenient area.
My 8th stay at this hotel so you can tell I like it. The staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful. The large rooms are superb, the bathroom is spacious and kept immaculately clean. I had a road facing room and there was some noise but not enough to disturb me. In past reviews I have complemented on the breakfast. However, this visit the quality has dropped significantly! Almost all the hot food was stone cold and not the quality of previous stays. One morning I only ate toast because the choice was so poor. A real let down and completely avoidable. :(
Staying at Bangkok quite a few times in the past, this hotel could have provided with the best price/performance ratio. As a Diamond Elite member of IHG, I’m typically selecting group hotels when travelling and this hotel helped me achieve my goals. Location is convenient, being stone’s throw away from BTS and ferry pier. Staff is willing to help and accommodate your needs. WiFi works just great, breakfast is pretty decent. Rooms have a good design, walk in shower is nice and A/C woeks well too. Only concern could be the rooms facing the road (tuktuks are loud).
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression after a long day of travel. Thank to Jarin, Yang, Fame and Mei Mei for their great support ever!!! The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including complimentary water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room each day. The hotel’s location was also a big plus—conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit different tastes. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and value. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely return on my next visit.
