Rooms have all you can ask for. The curtains could be a little darker. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The area around Ari is amazing. If you don’t enjoy walking you might find that the hotel is quite far in the soi. For me as someone who likes to walk I had no issue. The parking possibilities are also a big plus if you travel with car.
This is my third stay at Ban Neung. Although the rooms are showing their age a little, they are spacious, clean, comfortable, and everything works. The lack of a lift might put some people off, but it's not a problem for me. The location is great, in a small soi about 10 mins' walk from Ari station with lots of eateries around. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I really like the quiet atmosphere with a pleasant garden area and would definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Bangkok.
Everything you need at a good price. Rooms are big enough to be comfortable and the employees are very attentive to anything you might need. The location is great too. Lots of restaurants and close to the train. I would stay again when visiting BKK.
Highly recommended. Had a very pleasant stay here, feels cozy just like home. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. it’s in a great location with lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes around which was perfect for exploring the neighborhood
