The staff were were nice and helpful. Appreciation to Ray and Tea for making our accommodation enjoyable and also arranging our transportation. Rooms are good and comfortable, the size is ok. Very clean. The location is a bit far from shopping malls, but Grab drivers are easily located at affordable prices.
Best staff "Ray" - is amazing. Rooms are brilliant. The complementary mango rice, pool makes the hotel worth it. The breakfast and restaurant is brilliant. Most comfortable and safe. Housekeeping were great too. Thailand is the best place and this is the best hotel.
Richard and Ray were incredibly friendly, professional, and kind during our stay. This is our second visit and we love it. Easy access on the train from the airport, clean and lovely rooms and decor. We love the rooftop pool and bar too. Great staff, easy check-in and lovely stay. We will be back if staying in Bangkok again!!
I had a wonderful stay at Akara! The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thanks to Ray, who served us exceptionally well. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His excellent service truly made our stay even more memorable.
Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service and a good location. The location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven nearby, easy access to the train, and close proximity to the Pratunam area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they allowed me to pay the deposit in MYR without needing to exchange it to Thai Baht. I really liked the room even though it was a bit small. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay very enjoyable. The bathtub was also great, with strong and smooth water flow, which I really enjoyed. The only area that could be improved is the toilet flush, as the water seemed to drain slowly at times, almost like it was slightly clogged.
